Hygiene and safety measures at FMB 2020

As the organiser, we have created a comprehensive hygiene concept for compliance with hygiene and safety measures at FMB 2020.

The legal basis is the requirements of the CoronaSchVO of the state of North Rine-Westphalia. These requirements are technically easy for us to implement, because they already meet our current standard.

The main key points are: the pre-registration of visitors, the follow-up of contacts, the compliance with the distance rules and the implementation of the hygiene regulations.
The CoronaSchVO is continuously updated and the requirements for trade fair organisers are reduced from month to month. We will keep you informed of the most important changes.

Registration:
Registration as a trade visitor is done exclusively online. Registration via a smartphone is possible at any time. For contact tracking, a mobile phone number must be provided during registration.

Contact tracking:
When registering online, a mobile phone number must be provided. On-site contact tracking is carried out via the new EasyGo system. The visitor can leave his contact details with his smart badge “contact-free” on the reader of the exhibitor.

Distance control:
At entrances and exits as well as in the catering zones, attention is drawn to the observance of the distances with the help of barriers and floor markings. A route is given in the catering areas.

Hygiene regulations:
Exhibitors and visitors must wear protective masks, except in the case of seats with a sufficient distance. Masks can be provided if required. In addition, each stand will be provided with sufficient disinfectants for hand hygiene. Disinfection dispensers are available on the common areas and in the toilet facilities. In addition, regular cleaning and contact surface disinfection of the sanitary and common areas take place.
