Electroless Nickel

Description

Electroless nickel is an electroless plating process that produces a contour-true deposit over the entire surface. This guarantees a uniform coating thickness distribution – even on intricately shaped workpieces and in interior areas. The nickel-phosphorus layer is characterised by hardness, wear resistance and very good corrosion resistance. In addition, the coating properties, such as magnetic/non-magnetic, can be controlled via the phosphorus content. We offer electroless nickel plating in the Mid-Phos and High-Phos processes.
